I called and made an appointment for a pedicure for me and my 10-year-old daughter and we arrive 15 minutes early to our appointment and they told us they were too tired to service any more patients regardless whether we had an appointment or not. She said we’re too tired and we’re too hungry to do anymore work today. Those were literally her words. Calvin even chimed in and another nail tech from the back screamed up I’m just too hungry.

This is after we waited around for hours for the appointment time to come about! I will never do business with them again and honestly don’t pull the race card often but there was no other reason for them to turn us away. While there open sign was clearly still on and door open for other patrons mind you. Today I am discouraged and offended with the way they treated me and my child.
