Sears Auto Center at 3131 East Michigan Avenue, Lansing, Michigan.

Worst experience I've had hands down, wish I could give 0 stars. I usually go to sears for all 4 of my vehicles, but I called around to price check them just in case. The reason I went with Sears again this time was price and they could get it done "today" I spoke with Jon the "Assistant Manager" Over the phone regarding this and he stated they had tires for my vehicle and they could save me 10 $ per tire and we could bring it in today and would get it done, so we brought it in 10 minutes later. After waiting in line for 15 minutes for Jon to get done B S ing at the front desk he got my information and said it would be done in an hour. So we went to nearby stores to kill time until then. An hour later we received a phone call from Jon saying they don't have that particular tire but they had a 6 $ more expensive tire instead. HUH, go ahead Jon put them on we have wasted an hour now waiting to get hassled over 6$, he said OK it would be 15 more minutes and it would be ready, they however couldn't discount them 6 $ for there mistake. We went back after 20 minutes and he said he couldn't put the tires on today because they didn't have them in stock, it would take 3 days to order.What? After watching and hearing him be a Debby downer over the phone to a customer trying to make it seem like they couldn't get anyone in for a few days and then turning away a customer in front of me, I began to realize Jon was playing games with more than just me. He made my experience incredibly frustrating and had no care to fix any issues. Jon is a very unmotivated guy who lacks any kind of customer service skills needed to help a customer out. We will never go back here again and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Thanks Jon.
