I cant speak for the previous review but when I got a phone call to confirm an appointment I don't even remember making the woman on the phone was very rude and threatened me with a cancellation fee. I understand the fee and I told her that I had to take a look at my schedule and call her back. She wouldn't let me off the phone and said "Well you have to let me know so I can re-schedule this time, so should I cancel or not?" I would never speak to a patient in this manor. Progressive Periodontics has lost a patient because of this rude woman.
