WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! My car was in on 1/29/18 and told it needed to have the wheel replaced. They told fiancé that they had to order the wheel because it wasn't in stock and that it should be in around 1/31/18. They had to put the spare on. It is now 2/8/18 and still no wheel. we have been told everything from the tire hasn't arrived because of the weather and that it would be in on 2/7/18, still nothing. Today when we call they tell us fed ex lost the part. The manager Nate believes that this isn't his issue and that "hopefully" the part will be in on Monday. Unprofessional and unwilling to help solve the problem. Nate sounded cocky and arrogant on the phone and was less than accommodating.
