Dr. George Poletes Skin & Laser Center at 1515 Lake Lansing Road o, Lansing, Michigan.

My first impression walking into the office was that the waiting room is cozy and the atmosphere is positive. Staff are upbeat, friendly, and patient. I did not feel rushed to fill out my forms.

Dr. Poletes greeted me in the waiting room and walked with me to my room - he even pushed my stroller for me. He too is very friendly and upbeat. I always have a lot of questions, he did not make me feel rushed or that I was taking too much of his time (which I knew I was). He answered all my questions and concerns with great knowledge and experience. I felt calm and assured that I was in the right place with the right professionals!

I plan to keep Dr. Poletes in mind for future needs and hope to return again for more services. I liked his office so much that I wish I worked there with him and his nice office/clinical staff.
